What a cute cabin!  Looks like you have decided on one of your options =o)  After the snow calms down, you'll have to take a trip for some INSIDE shots!  Best of luck for a quick sale!

Should look better once the snow is there.  Most homes wouldn't look so good with snow but that one should be perfect.

Cheryl: I have some inside photos...I'll have to post them. Thanks for stopping by.

Gene: There is so much snow there right now. It's located 7 miles southwest of the Rocky Mountain National Park! I can't sell it myself as I'm not in that MLS, so it's listed with an agent up there. She hasn't gone out to take a photo of it in the snow. But, with listings in Colorado, people want to know what's under the snow. So, it's good to have those photos, too. Oh, did I mention that this listing is my personal property??? Sorry, it is.

Patricia: It's our cabin. We love it, but we need to get is sold. It's listed with a realtor up there. The market is a second home market and this place is only a one bedroom. It's a tough sell.
