SMS Listing Tour

SMS Listing TourSMS

One of the really great mortgage companies here in Colorado is Simplified Mortgage Solutions. Each month they have a listing tour. They rent a bus and carry anyone that would like to participate, off to see listings. Of course, if you want your listing on the tour, you must be on the bus.

Legacy

It's also sponsered by Legacy Title, LLC. Legacy is located right downtown and we all meet there. We leave their office at 9:00 am and are back by 2:30 pm. They have give-aways and prizes on the bus. And breakfast and lunch are provided. Lunch is usually with a reputable builder. A great time is had by all. It gives you a chance to network with other Realtors, a chance to see what's available in today's market, and a chance to get exposure for your listing.

Here's a few photos from the December Listing Tour.

This home was featured on this years Parade of Homes. The list price? $1.2M. The builder provided lunch for us at this home. Mmmm...Chilpotle burritos.

Kitchen and dinning area of $1.2M Parade Home

There were around 12 REALTORS(r) on the bus tour. Great exposure for your listing.

What a great idea. Colorado looks beautiful, as do the homes, although I must admit I'd rather look at snow than drive in it.

Marcy: Or walk in it! We've had some terrific storms lately and the stuff just piles up. So, you either walk thru it or shovel it. Wish I were still living inb the Bay Area.

Looks like you had a GOOD time, saw some beautiful homes, and great scenery all in one day!

Cheryl: Let Amy know that you want to participate in next week's tour! They leave from Legacy Title at 2 Cascade. I can't make this month as a group I'm a board member on has decided to have their general membership meetings on the same day. I don't know what I'll do...I enjoy the bus tours.
